I’m a New York-based UX Researcher, and Storyteller. Sometimes performer. One-time cheesemonger. I studied theater in undergrad with the goal of becoming an actress on the stage. But life took me in other directions. I fell in love with the world of hospitality and fine dining for a few years before entering a period of career exploration. After one too many fluorescent-lit offices, I knew that I needed a change. It took some soul searching, a cross-country move to Portland, OR, and a global pandemic to finally realize how I wanted to marry my past with my present. What initially drew me to theater are very much the same things that draw me to the world of UX: the curiosity to connect with and deeply understand people, craft engaging stories, and provide people with incredible experiences. They cater to the confident underdogs and women with curves that you don't see in magazines or mainstream fitness studios. The Opportunity Our team was tasked with finding a solution in regards to how customers are able to purchase Grillz&Granola's virtual TrapAerobics On-Demand class offering.
